Whereby API integration to an e-learning platform
Due to the global transition to distance learning, there is an urgent need for good communication tools.
Platforms such as Whereby allow flexibly and quickly create rooms for a large number of participants. This is especially true for teachers, whose students are often distributed not just around the school, but in different cities.
We collaborated with a UK-based school for teaching foreign languages and developed a system for creating a flexible schedule of lessons with the automatic creation of Whereby meeting links for each of the class subgroups.
The mechanism we implemented allows to keep track of the class schedule, which is important for teachers, as well as with just one button the student always gets to the right Whereby room.
