Desktop utility to verify computer connectivity in order to shorten the time it takes to identify potential causes of clients’ problems.
The client is a Swedish company that develops and sells a time- and attendance system to corporate clients.
We’ve developed a useful utility app for them. Their data center hosts many cloud based application and sometimes, if client experience any problem, they needed to investigate the possible cause for it. Using the developed app their users got way to measure connectivity. Additionaly the software can communicate with existing web API and make several diagnostic tests.
Data collected from network test as well as responses from a cloud application trough web API are aggregated and compiled into a report that is forwarded to data center’s support department for analysis.
